Right of withdrawal / Refund policy

Digital downloads are available immediately after purchase. Because access is granted right away, EU consumer law allows sellers to exclude the right of withdrawal for digital content that is not supplied on a physical medium once download/access has begun, if the customer agreed to this during checkout.

Our refund stance

As a rule, purchases on Twinrender are non-refundable after the download has started. We do this to prevent abuse while keeping prices fair.

But we’re here to help

If you experience any of the following, please contact us within 14 days of purchase and we will work to resolve it or offer a fair remedy:

• You cannot access or download the file despite following our instructions.
• The file is corrupted or incomplete, and a working replacement cannot be supplied.
• The product page clearly promised a feature that is missing from the download.

How to request help

Write to Twinrender@hotmail.com with your order email, purchase date, and a short description (including screenshots if possible). We typically reply within 1–2 business days.

This policy does not limit any mandatory rights you may have under applicable consumer laws.
